MK-677 (Ibutamoren)
Also known as: MK-677, Ibutamoren, MK677
MK-677, also called ibutamoren, is an oral ghrelin receptor agonist and growth hormone secretagogue. It stimulates pulsatile growth hormone release and raises downstream IGF-1 signaling, which is why the app treats it as appetite-, glucose-, sleep-, and recovery-relevant rather than as a direct anabolic steroid.

- Called 'not a peptide' in some contexts but grouped with peptides everywhere — it's a non-peptide GH secretagogue
- Avoid stacking with injectable secretagogues — usually redundant
- Avoid stacking MK-677 with injectable GH secretagogues — redundant and may cause excessive GH/IGF-1 elevation
